Sagepeak Capital is a private equity firm based in Marblehead, MA. We have an extensive and successful track record investing in Lower Middle Market (“LMM”) companies in various industries.
Sagepeak has patient, long term committed capital that allows us to work with management teams to grow the business both through organic means and add-on acquisitions. We create value in our investments via long-term growth achieved through operational changes rather than financial engineering practices.
We have flexible capital and transaction structures that allow us to work closely with management teams to accomplish their growth objectives and weather industry cycles. We provide capital to generate liquidity to founder/owners, facilitate generational change, accelerate growth, enhance capabilities and improve the companies’ market position. We generally do not over leverage our investments. We prefer to gauge our investments on cash-on-cash basis rather than IRR metrics. Given the private nature of our capital, we can act on investment decisions quickly.
Investment Focus
We invest in a limited number of businesses and seek to build them patiently over the long-term as an active, valued partner to management. Our investment focus is companies with sales greater than $5 million and EBITDA greater than $1 million. We invest in manufacturing, business service, healthcare and education industries and more.

ENMET, LLC is a leading manufacturer of hazardous gas detection equipment for health, safety and medical applications. Founded in 1970, ENMET’s products range from compressed air line monitors to portable detectors and continuous multi-channel fixed systems which address a wide variety of hazardous gas conditions.
